I have studied psychology for the past 10 years. I started with my diploma of College Studies in social sciences. I then acquired a Bachelor of Arts specializing in psychology. Which finally led me to obtain my Master's of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
I am registered through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I am also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association as a Certified Canadian Counsellor. Finally, I am a guidance counsellor through the Ordre des conseiller•ère d'Orientation du Québec
Finally, I use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach. It emphasizes the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify negative thought patterns and behaviours that hinder their growth and progress and then develop strategies to challenge and modify them.
I recognize that personal growth is an ongoing process that requires support and guidance. That is why I place high importance on the therapeutic relationship. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, gain insight into your behaviour, and develop new skills to promote growth and well-being.
